BALÁZS GULYÁS is a doctor, neurobiologist, external member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, president of the Hungarian Research Network, professor at Singapore's Nanyang Technological University. in recognition of his decisive role in the development of scientific and educational relations was awarded the Civil Section of the Commander’s Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit.

Certified chemical engineer ANDRÁS GUTTMAN, external member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, university professor, head of the Separation Science Laboratory of Csaba Horváth's Research Institute of Bio-Nanotechnology and Technical Chemistry of the Pannon University received an award from the Knight's Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit, Civil Class.
