As some of you have no doubt noticed, Hungary Today has been publishing articles on a less regular basis over the course of the past week. Don’t worry, though, dear reader, we haven’t packed our bags and fled to Thailand. Rather, we’ve been working (and waiting) on the arrival of our new and improved website: we hope you like it.

Through this redesign, our goal has been to create a more interesting, engaging website, one whose style and accessibility will enable our readers to more easily and pleasantly interact with Hungary Today.

Our revamped site features an improved search engine, clearer links to earlier articles, and a more streamlined design. In addition, our new media gallery will provide quick access to interesting and engaging images, videos, and photo galleries related to Hungary, while our updated “Latest News” feature will ensure that our readers are constantly informed about breaking stories as they occur.

Thanks to you, our readers, Hungary Today is the most widely-read English-language news site dealing with matters related to Hungary, with over 57,000 likes on Facebook, over 2,200 followers on Instagram, and just under 5,000 followers on Twitter. Your feedback, your constructive criticism, and above all your readership have proven invaluable as we work to create the best news site that we can.

We hope you like the new look of our website, and that you continue to enjoy the content that we provide. Our editorial staff continues, as always, to work to provide objective and wide-ranging news on Hungary and Hungarians throughout the world, and we look forward to continuing to do so in the months and years to come.
